Saunas

very much so, although I prefer steambaths.

Here in Britain, you do find them in health clubs, but I don''t think they''re that popular overall. I think they''re more of a niche thing.

Personally, I''ve been in one once. I found it extremely pleasant (though it tended to make my nose clog up), and if I ever design my own house, it''ll have a big sauna in the middle of it.

They''re quite common in Sweden, but not quite as much as in Finland. We have one in our house, btw, it''s really nice.

I have Finish relatives over at my house, and they reminded me of saunas and how America doesn''t have them. I guess that''s how this thread came about.

Please inform me as to when America suddenly stopping having saunas.

I don''t know, I don''t know what''s so good about saunas. I don''t feel better after spending time in one. My neighbor has a sauna, and so does one of the hotels here. I thought about making one here, but I think it would be too much of a fire hazard for too little benefit.
