Testronic expands senior leadership, Mike Guttman appointed vice president of senior partnerships

GamesIndustry.biz reports Testronic has broadened its senior leadership with Mike Guttman named vice president of senior partnerships, alongside a wider round of appointments across its global locations. The staffing push spans business development, QA leadership and training, with the company framing it as an investment in stronger regional coverage and more connected global delivery.

Guttman previously worked as a client partner at Keywords Studios and as a senior business development manager. Nicole Closson joins as business development manager, while Lily Guerreiro comes in as global partnerships senior manager. In Warsaw, Mateusz Kałuża has been appointed QA director after senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games.

Testronic’s Manila Centre of Excellence also picked up senior QA manager Daniel Bowie Soriano and QA trainer Ivan Balanay. The company says Balanay’s role supports the Testronic Academy and its effort to build the next generation of QA talent, which is a useful signal for teams watching how external QA vendors are scaling expertise rather than just headcount.

The move follows earlier leadership changes this month, including Sonia Kerr becoming CEO, Sharon Baylay-Bell moving to company chair, and Michael Fitzgerald taking on the CRO role.
