New MonoGame template feedback

MonoGame Foundation is asking developers to weigh in on a new unified game template for fresh projects. The goal is to cut duplication, simplify platform setup, and make folder structure more consistent. Two GitHub options are up for feedback, with .NET install and test steps provided.
