About This Position
Dreamscape Headquarters is looking for a programmer/developer to help bring **Dreamscape** from its current concept and pre-production stage into a playable game.
The project is an original narrative-driven adventure combining exploration, investigation, puzzles, turn-based gameplay, Dream Entity systems, and cooperative gameplay. We are looking for someone who can help prototype and develop the technical foundation of the game while collaborating closely with the director, designers, artists, and other developers.
Potential areas of development include gameplay systems, player interaction, combat, AI, dialogue systems, inventory/progression, UI, level systems, save systems, multiplayer/co-op functionality, and general game architecture.
The exact responsibilities can be shaped around your experience. You do not need to be experienced in every area listed; we are primarily looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building game systems, and collaborating creatively.
Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, C#, C++, or similar technologies is welcome. Students, aspiring developers, and experienced programmers are all encouraged to apply.
This is an opportunity to join Dreamscape during its early development and help determine how its ideas become an actual playable experience.

- **Revenue Share โ Programming Team** The programming/development team will collectively receive **25% of the project's distributable revenue**. This 25% represents the **total programming revenue pool** and is shared among all programmers who contribute to the project. It is **not 25% per individual programmer**. As additional programmers join the project, the 25% programming pool will be divided among the participating programmers according to their agreed role, responsibilities, level of contribution, and involvement in the completed project. For example, if there are 2 programmers, the 25% pool would be divided between those 2 programmers. If there are 4 programmers, the same 25% pool would be distributed among those 4 programmers. The addition of programmers does not increase the overall programming allocation beyond 25%. Individual revenue-share agreements will be discussed and established with each programmer before the publish of the game.
