Designing an Ability Sound
We're constantly surrounded by sound that is incredibly informed. Many don't realize how open-ended and daunting it can be to design a sound from scratch from a conceptual point of view. It can be very difficult to determine how something "should" sound - especially if it's an ability in a game.
