I was watching PBS the other day and caught a show about Marketing and marketing plans. What Marketing is, how it's done, etc. It was very general, but a nice overview for technical type folks who don't have any background in the subject (like me). I found the website for the program, and it includes a transcript; the link for 'click here to review everything covered...'. Aimed at middle school and above, so it's casual reading.
