Already did that.
It is spyware/copy protection crap.
Can't find how to remove it.
Adaware didn't find it

Try killing the actual running processes first, and then deleting the directory, and then use SpyBot.

It''s a copy-protection system used by (among other things) 3D Studio MAX and the Oxford English Dictionary CD-ROM. It also, as a Google search will tell you, installs some Services, one of which is doubtless responsible for restoring the folder while booting.

If you download the C-Dilla update from the company''s own website, this can fix some speed issues. (I need the OED, so uninstalling C-Dilla isn''t an option. Although I intend to get a subscription to the Online OED at some point as the CD-ROM version has a shit GUI.)
