Community Request: Compiler ID

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, however, here goes... I'd like to request a new website community feature where we are able to list in our profiles the software compilers we use. Or for artist the graphic tools we use. Or for music/sound guys the sound/music editing software we use to create our works. Then make it searchable so people can find others that use similar tools to network with. -LJR

I think that sounds like an interesting idea. For future reference, there is a forum for suggestions.

perhaps i misunderstood. can't you just include direct links in your signature ? a number of individuals do this.

I don't think my request involves direct links in your signature. And even if you are, you still have to come across the post and its not searchable. Being able to find people who use like setups would increase your networking with knowledable people in those areas.

I'll move this on over there as it'd definitely be better suited in the suggestions forum.
