The Case Is Still On!!! But who will donate?

Hi everyone, Im Scott Richmond from Cold Fusion Entertainment. I have developed a game already (and in stores) under XGames and I must say XGames is probably the best bet for any "young" developer around wanting to get into the gaming business or have their game published independently. Many people have noticed the same opportunity they could have with getting their own games developed under Xtreme Games that they too have joined and gotten their games in stores. XGames has grown alot, and the big companies have noticed this too. One for example Hasbro! Even though Hasbro may be selling their games division, they are still pursuing Xtreme Games in court. What does this mean for you? Even if you do not publish under Xtreme Games, if Hasbro wins this case, that will set a trend for the rest of the valueware market and who knows where that will lead to... (Possibly the whole video game market itself) That means you will have these big companies trying to knock down the little developers and the industry will go "kurplunk"! "Is there light at the end of this dark tunnel?", you may ask. There can be, but its going to take the help from everyone on this board. Here''s the deal: Xgames WILL win in court against Hasbro because they have a very justifiable case against Hasbro (money aside). The problem is this: Xgames, without funding for the court, will not win against a company (Hasbro) that can fund such a lawsuit. Even with such a good case, Xgames will lose if they have no lawyers to represent them. Here is your chance to help!!! XGames needs donations.
