I had recently PMed Melissa regarding my GDNet+ subscription and asked that it be canceled. After it *not* being canceled and paypal charging another $4.95 to my account, I emailed dave twice, however both my emails have bounced back. Anybody know what's up? Is Rhino still alive? :( Anyways.. I'd like a refund, as I'm quite low on cash and gamedev just stole 1/3 of my bank account's balance.

And yeah, I'm still around. I've just been buried due to completing a book, and having a major deadline at work (game demo for CTIA Wireless last week), so I've focused my GDNet time on content, not the forums. I've begun the process of unburying.

Hey Matt-
Sorry you're feeling ignored- it's been a little crazy around here.
As far as the subscription goes, the best way to handle it is to cancel it through Paypal. That way, you know it's done and over on your account. Really, whenever you set up a recurring payment through any source, it's a good idea not to depend on someone else to cancel it. That said, feel free to also dispute the charges in Paypal and I will get it taken care of.

Sorry for the trouble, It took me forever but I finally figgured out how to cancel the subscriptions via paypal. I've always been under the impression that I had to contact the subscriptor to cancel them =/

Man I'd just like to say, I think it is so awesome that you(frizzlefry) are involved in Dave's interests so much. I mean, I dont know when you became staff or if you do any sort of game dev yourself but you support your husband's interests and dont you guys have two or three children? I should be so lucky!

Thankfully, the eldest child, heretofor referred to as "booya" is self-sufficient and not capable of whining at me due to distance. Otherwise, I would have to give him up for adoption.
