Team Hidden(for now I guess): H-1(working title): Brief description: H-1 will be a 2d rts in the vein of warcraft and Age of Empires. The goal of the project is mainly for people to get experience so we can move onto bigger projects. Oh thats nice. So if it becomes shareware you may make some money, but all the others can just forget it?

I'll give you some friendly advice, don't take it personally.

You won't get many team members, and if you do, they will most likely not be experienced enough to fulfill this project. It's obvious that you haven't thought about this project very much; there's no design document, you have no previous work on this project to show, or even your previous projects. Many do not understand how complex an RTS really can be, and that it's no task for a beginner. I think you should start with something easier.

I recommend you to properly format your post, and capitalize your sentences - it makes you look a lot more professional and confident. After that, you should provide us with more info; what makes this game different from the other games? How can we know that this project will ever see the light of day? How will the project be organized? Always give us as much info as possible, the more the better.

And then there's another important part:

Hopefully isn't enough. You have to be determined. You must have the motivation and dedication to complete the game, which the quote above doesn't imply.
