Second, some questions:
Do you own the legal rights to use the Naruto IP, or is this an illegal fan game?
What kind of compensation (if any) are you offering?
Does Blaze Entertainment have a web-site? (Google returned a site about male strippers...)
Does the current team have any previous experience?
Why don't you appreciate experience (even though it's nice)?
Is "Blaze Entertainment" a legal company, or just a team name?

If you take time to read this article you'll find that even if you make a free game, it can still be taken down by the company owning the IP. Case in point: Chrono Resurrection. There are also many, many other projects that have suffered the same fate.

In this article Templeton states:
