how can I remove white pixel

I want to use a sprite which is a black circuit, but how can i make the white pixel transparent? be cause every time i enable blending, the black pixel become transparent, what i want is drawing some black guys in a white back ground

What library are you using, what programming language? Make an effort and give the details, otherwise nobody could tell you what you're doing wrong (also you could show us what you already did and maybe someone figures out what you're doing wrong).

Also, I'm not an expert, but why use blending and not alpha channel?
