Opening! Please help me.
Ok i been searching and searching and i have no clue on where to start. I want to make an opening CG for my art work. And i wanna make it something like this link below. Something like it but not a replica. Is there any program i should use or something? Anyways this video demonstrates what i like but i dont know where to start or where to look... like i just said. Pay attention to the first 35 seconds and let me know if you have any ideas on what i need to use and learn :) thank you.
When posting a message, please use a subject line that tells a prospective viewer something about the content of your post. Using the subject like you have creates more noise than information and reads like a bad advertisement; it's not good etiquette nor is it a good strategy for getting a useful response.

Heh, thanks for updating the subject line. Still a bit confusing, but I appreciate the effort.
As for your question:
It looks like a bunch of glowy flashy intro stuff from several different sources, made with several different methods, was edited together in a video editing program. I seriously doubt that person made any of that material themself except for using something to overlay the images and text (and they spelled "improve" incorrectly, at that).
Honestly I don't think you need that flashy video intro; to me it says "I need to impress you with all this video fluff I stole found because my content isn't good enough on its own". -- but then I'm a very cynical guy when it comes to media. Don't sweat it; your art should speak for itself.
(The operative word being your.)
But if you want to make effects similar to the original video clips, look into 3d effects animation, vector animation, and traditional animation, because that's what they're based on. They're very broad areas; I don't think there's an easy answer to your question.

Such effects are pretty easy to get, either in a 3d software program (Blender is free, you could try using that.) If you really wanted to you could use Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Premiere for the test. Or you could do all of it in AfterEffects which is probably the way most people would do something like that for an intro. However AfterEffects and Premiere are a bit on the expensive side.
If you don't want to burn a hole in your wallet I would say you could get similar stuff just by using blender and maybe use movie maker.
