Looking for a volunteer for a linguistics interview

As part of my ongoing quest to keep an educational discount on software, I've been taking a course on linguistics at my local community college. Right now I'm writing a paper on second language acquisition, and I need a volunteer who is currently studying a second language and has reached a level of proficiency with the language to do a short interview about their experience learning the new language. Basically I need to know when you started studying the second language (L2) and how long you've been at it, what prompted you to learn the L2, and what factors have helped or hindered the process. Anyone up for this?

Do you mean that he/she is academically in the process of learning the language or has attained a certain level of proficiency but doesn't have to be academically involved in the studies any more? I'd be up for it if the interview isn't too long.

The requirements are for both currently studying and has reached proficiency, which basically ruled out everyone I know in real life, since the only people I know who are currently studying a foreign language don't have proficiency and the people I know with proficiency aren't currently studying. It's not quite a catch-22, but pretty close. But it's not a long interview. The first two questions are obviously pretty short. The third question might need some digging, but it shouldn't take that long. Still up for it?

I would be, but I'm not actively studying (anything) anymore/at this time...
