Hy. I'just ended a skeleton animation library , from collada file. Now i would create the world around my model. I would manage the collisions and create the area of the game. This can be do with physics from nvidia? Is a good choise for you? Thanks.

It highly depends on the complexity of the collisions and physics you are in need of.
nVidia PhysX is a good piece of software, but i wouldn't leverage on it for a project with simple collisions/physics.
Start by using simple box/sphere/ray collisions included in D3DX and some simple physics made by you, if the need will arise you'll pass to it.
