Team name: boredom's products (registered) Project name: Extreme Hugtime Simulation Challenge Brief description: EHSC is our team's debut project (but not our team members' debut project). It's a parody of Japanese game shows, and has a cute, anime-influenced art style. Target aim: XBox Live Arcade Compensation: $500 for the project. It might sound small, but we've done all that we can to make the project easier for the modeler. Technology: FBX format required for meshes TIFF format required for textures Talent needed: 3D Character Modeler Team structure: Brandon Higley - Producer, Sound Designer. College-educated composer with one year of experience creating sound for games. Matthew Higley - Game Designer, Writer. Student of Game Art and Design at Westwood College, expected to graduate in 2010. Jeff Brizzolara - Programmer, Proprietary Software Designer. Graduated with flagship senior class from University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Computer Game Design. Sarah Cheney - 2D and Concept Artist. Award-winning anime and manga artist. Website: boredoms products Contacts: brandon@boredomsproducts.com Previous Work by Team: Brandon Higley - The Hacker and the Heroine, "Project Genesis" and "Tadpole Wars" at Creakos. Matthew Higley - None. Jeff Brizzolara - The Hacker and the Heroine, and is currently a software designer at TechKnowHow. Sarah Cheney - No game industry experience, but her work can be seen at her website here. Additional Info: Our twenty-six character cast should be simple to model. We will only need nine meshes and textures, and most characters will be created by simply changing the palette of another character (changing skin color, shirt color, pants color, hair color, etc). If you'd like to get an idea of the art style you'll be working with, then feel free to check out these images. Feedback: NONE [Edited by - bhigley on December 9, 2009 1:31:21 PM]
