Hello, I can't find any reference on all the functions I can call in the UDK. Would anyone happen to know of an API reference somewhere? Or should I look in the .uc files themselves?

I am writing a mod in UT3 at this time, and I'm afraid there is no API documentation.
You should isntall nFringe if you haven't yet, it will help you learn the language faster and you can use intellisense (limited) on objects.
