I don't have much to contribute, but there was a VERY similar topic in the forum just a few weeks ago that was *very* similar to this. You might want to search it out and find it for reference :)

First. New^Internet is free. Your imagination is not limited to money and prohibitions

Internet is outdated. Internet to update
You've got millions of dollars to invest in this right? There is zero chance of a bunch of volunteers of varying skills having any shot of getting anything close to what you want. Not to mention without any heirarchy you are going to have the "to many chiefs and not enough indians" issue where everybody thinks their idea should be used.
The current internet is the result of tens of thousands man hours of work and *lots* of money. Its up to you to justify how you can replace that for free.

You probably believe in the strength of competition and in the magical power of leaders? You also probably believe that any hard work is complicated and hard? Why is touched upon the Indians? I am from tribe of nomads of the prairies.
If people have one goal that no one will stop. In some human societies still remained equal. Leaders and members are equal in rights and in public laws. You can see millions of cases of altruism and equality in societies
You know the effect of Good Rich Dad? In today's days were developed thousands of free technologies. These technologies are free "Good Rich Dad". In " Good Rich Dad" is a lot of money (technologies). "Good Rich Dad" is very good. Do you have an idea - "Open a restaurant." And he unhesitatingly give you any sort of money. Also, things from New ^ Internet. Those technologies have been developed in the last ten years - will be the basis for the construction of New ^ Internet. The first developers of the Internet had a hard time because they needed to invent new technologies. Now with the advent of the Trans-technological civilization - New Innovations easy to create.
Your biggest advert is that it's a "game". That alone is not going to make a new Internet. Games, to me at least, are for enjoyment and that's it; whether they are being created or played. With that being said, there is a time for enjoyment and a time for seriousness. John Doe has a paper due next week in College; how will he do the research? Is he going to have to go through the meadow and a creepy cave to find out about astronomy? Maybe I'm missing the point altogether, but to say it will be one big game is illogical.
Maybe you should just start out creating an online MMO. If you can defeat that then you can try the Internet. I don't think you realize how huge it is. Look at it from a business side of it. Do you think a company is going to spend the money to have a developer redesign their site when they already paid $50,000, $500,000, etc. for it? Don't you think developer's rates are going to sky rocket? Instead of just knowing HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, javascript, etc. they're going to have to learn how to program 3D graphics. Their $50,000 dollar investment is now $200,000 investment. I just don't see it happening.<br><br>I work in the real-world so I see what customers want first hand. I can honestly tell you that there is no way anyone would do it at this point in time. If you want to confirm it then see how many websites are done with Googles 3D API O3D.<br><br>Sorry.

You seem to be implying that this will replace the current internet. You don't really point out any problems with the current internet, other than "its old." Furthermore, your idea of a "new internet" is to make it one big game or virtual world. The last thing I want to do when looking for information on the internet is muck about with a 3D interface. Its non-intuitive, takes more time, and is harder to parse the information, amongst a host of technical problems. The only advantage is that its "ooh flashy" and "cyberpunk," none of which are of any substantial value.

Hahaha...do you even have any programming experience? Even with the loads of game making software out now making anything other then a basic game is not easy to create. You are multiplying this by 1000 trying to make some kind of interactive game out of the internet.
Lets say for one moment you actually get this done. Who pays for the enormous bandwidth its going to take for all this 3D? Are you expecting ISPs to foot the millions of dollars a year in bandwidth costs? Or are you wanting $100/month internet bills to run all this?
You've got your programming language and web browser all figured out in nice easy to read UML diagrams and case studies right? Or were you just expecting all the thousands of volunteers to design all this for you? What real work have you put in to this project?
Sorry that I sound super critical on this but you read a serious dose of reality. Multi billion dollar companies are just starting to get in to this area and you are going to beat them doing it all for free? I'm sorry but it just isn't going to happen. You can have all the desire you want to make this happen but its not going to conjurer up the dozens (hundreds?) of man years it will take to make this. There is a bit more work then taking a bunch of existing technoloy and waving a wand to make it all work together.
But please, I'd love to be proved wrong on this. It would be great if a bunch of random people could come together and make something like this. More likely the chances are this post will hit the second page and we'll never see anything of it again.

New ^ Internet is One Big Virtual World with Online games :). I propose to abandon all-out system of words and symbols in the programming and the creation of programs and applications. It is necessary to make programming languages more accessible and more colorful. I for the availability of programming to the masses and for the Free Internet. Imagine how much you can save money and to make the extra money needed in the enterprise or a charity. The main problem of past failures with the implementation of the ideas Cyberpunk - lies in the fact that some do not want to go to the end of its objectives. For many it is a grim cyberpunk future. But in fact it will splash of creativity and cunning. Refusal of a total system of words and symbols in the program will give creative people a big opportunity. Internet and online games will be free. Any technical problems are solved. And I do not see the technical and moral difficulties in creating New ^ Internet.
Before asking for help making an idea, my suggestion to you is to create an aim for your product. Why are you making it? Is this really a problem that needs to be solved?
Then, you'll want to research whether it's wanted or needed by the user. This will enable you to make a popular suggestion based on a gap in the market.
Finally, you can then brainstorm your ideas, taking into account the users' wants and needs.
Then, when making a proposal, fuse all of your research and ideas into a few coherent paragraphs, which can be clearly understood by everyone reading them. You should aim impart most of the knowledge you've gained up to this point to the readers of your post.
Make sure to follow the guidelines for proposals, ensuring that you fill in as much as possible of each question before posting. People want to see your experience and thoughts on what you're about to produce, before making a serious committment to you and your new team.
Please take this into account when you post your next idea.

Hahaha... Are you pessimist??? I am a person who wants a free and quality of the Internet. I have no experience in programming. This is not a hindrance. I do not have complexes because of the lack of diplomas and all there empty regalia. And the more small but capable army defeated the Dragons. History knows many examples. And never say never. I am not a naive student. I do not admire the status and rank. And your reality is full of pessimism and traditionalism that limit your vision of the future. I am an innovator.
