Help writing proposal

I own an online game website and would like to develop a fair number of flash games for my website. I am not sure how I can write the proposal well enough to explain what I want from a developer. If anybody has a really good proposal they have seen or any ideas, please let me know. I would be happy to let you know the name of the website, but do not want to violate the rules but it is similar to miniclip or freeonlinegames and I would like to compete with them.

By "proposal," do you mean "game design document"? If so, you can find outlines and samples if you just use the terms "game design document," "GDD," and "sample design document" when you search.

I think he may be referring to IDEA as a whole. Am I correct in understand you are looking for someone with an idea rather than want to structure your own?

If that's what he's looking for, then he should post in the Help Wanted forum and this thread should be closed.
