Simple question, I just got Flash CS5 because I found out that Behemoth does all their artwork and animations with it. Now that I have animated him breathing while standing still, does anyone know what I should export the animation as in order to work with it in XNA? And what are some code examples I could look at for using animations in XNA?

GIF maybe, you can use this library http://www.codeplex.com/xnagif

or you may manually create a sprite for it to works.
save it per frame and combine it. I heard of GlueIt
http://sysimage.250free.com/

though it may even possible to do direct export from flash to xna

try googling "swf export for xna"

Thanks, after googling swf to xna I found out that I'm going to have to save each image as a png somehow and create a sprite sheet with all the images.
