Urgent help needed - Design a track for flash racing games

Hi guys,

i am trying to develop a flash racing games, i need to start with designing a unique track for it, i have cs3 and flash develop installed , how do i go about designing a track for say a flash bike racing game in action script, is there a tool for it and if one has to draw it manually , how does one go about it ....i have gone through a few tutorials but they remain unclear to me ....
