Zombies

Ye i like zombies, zombies are always fun.

It would be cool if there was a zombie apocalypse survival game (gather resources, set up a base) rather than just zombie killing spree games.

I had an idea for a twin stick shooter where you go through alternating stages of resource gathering/base building and defending said base. Haven't gotten around to it, but if anyone wants to steal that idea and does it well then please let me know so I can buy it.

This question has to be a joke... Yes, we like zombies and I'm sure many of us are making games related to them.

I just posted a start of my own zombie apocalypse concept document

Though I believe this will feel like a zombie apocalypse game with the focus on survival, this feeling will be created by other gameplay mechanics than gathering resources and building strongholds, though this aspect with the focus on creating a settlement will be addressed through the story.

On the other hand, killing sprees as well are left out.

Given the large number of zombie games out there, I'm surprised there aren't more successful games like this. However, if you do some searching for zombie survival games, you will find plenty of relative unknowns following this theme. None appear to be commercial successes however.

I always thought zombies were a bit dull personally. The whole slow, stupid shambling thing doesn't do it for me particularly
