Problems with Voting on Comments

Every time I turn to up vote a comment I get a message saying, "There was a problem storing your reputation vote."

I have tried logging out and then back in but the problem continues.

I have also found this on Journal comments.

Yes it seems to be only on the Journal comments. However, that is the major area that I use them, so it seems like it is every where, lol.

I can confirm this, and I'm seeing it for comments on both journals and articles.
