Hey guys are there any Particle Effects editor for DirectX? I'm not sure what to look for when it comes to particle effects.

It depends on the Game Engine, if you are using a certain Game Engine you could have the Particle Effects editor as a tool in the engine package.
Otherwise, you might want to create your own.
