How To Extract Apk Files On Pc?

You can extract them with something like winzip/winrar/7-zip etc they are just archives with a bunch of files in but you won't be able to actually play them without doing as Olof suggests but in that case you don't need to extract them, just install them to your emulator.

I prefer to use blustack application for using android app on my pc....

I just want to install mobile games on my PC. I took a look on search and dowloaded a few games in apk files. But they are not like the setup.exe as I uasually install. My Pc can not detect this kind of file. I see some people play mobile games on their PC. How can I do that?

Install an Android / iOS emulator if you are using Windows. Else try using Remix OS.
