I'm a "hobby" developer of three published Android games of moderate success (about 1M+ downloads and some tens of thousands of app sales). The games have been developed in Java/Kotlin using the native Android GUI system. I frequently get questions from fans asking whether the game will come to IOS.
I'm looking to partner with a Java/Kotlin developer who has experience with LibGDX (doesn't have to be LibGDX, but based on my own exploration of the issues involved, LibGDX/Scene2d seems like the most suitable technology for the problem of porting a Java/Kotlin game to IOS) who would be interested in taking the lead on developing the GUI for a cross-platform version of the latest of my games (a turn-based role-playing game with a big focus on narrative), with a view to making a version of the game available on IOS and PC for a share of the profits. It won't make anyone rich, but - based on Android sales - I'd think it would still be a project worth doing.
Note: The game itself already exists, so this is primarily about developing the GUI for an existing role-playing game (i.e., overworld map, combat map + stat views and tables for the characters). The reason I'm not doing this myself is a) my time is limited (see "hobby" above), and b) I don't have a lot experience with libGDX/OpenGL. Freezing ongoing development to learn the latter and work on a port for several months has simply never been possible.
