I can lock my own threads

As the title suggests, I can suddenly lock my own threads (I don't seem to have the power to lock threads created by other people).

EDIT: I can also hide them.

I seem to remember this being (at least somewhat) intentional. @khawk may have turned that on for GDNet+?
