Anyone have Patreon experience? I'm curious about things like:
- gaining the first patrons and how to continue promotion
- deciding pledge tiers and rewards
- is it a bad idea to plan to eventually release the game for free, just giving the patrons early acccess?
- splitting the total profit over a 3-4 person team
- how this income should be handled in terms of paying taxes
