Hi my names Johnpaul and I have an idea for a video game. Does anyone know the process involved for pitching an idea for a game to a game company. I am good at creative writing and have a great idea for a game. I am also looking for an artist who is good at drawing comic book style art. I am looking for an artist who can draw drawings similar to the last of us art book. If anyone is interested in my video game idea please feel free to message me back.

Many development companies actually have an email you can contact them by. If I were you, Id focus on sending out a bunch of letters to companies that interest you. Many of them probably won't be interested, but at least you don't spend too much time on that then. Otherwise, your presentation should be as detailed as possible, preferably with inspiration pictures, a monetization plan, a narrative, and other stuff like that. It'll be easier for them to both see the whole picture and make an estimation of what it will take to make the game.
Anyways, good luck with your idea!
