Hello everybody, i need game dev team, i want to create my game but i cant do it, i have not pc and more, so i Can storyboards the game to help the team, thanks very much for answers.

So you want people to create your game idea for free? Not gonna happen. Everybody has got their own ideas, and those that assemble a team usually bring more to the table than just drawing up some story-boards. So, you eigther learn game-dev yourself, at least so that you have some use to the people that might join your team, or get enough money to pay people for the work that they provide for you. Other than that, you're out of luck.
