I'm looking for a programmer for my horror game, RESIDUAL. RESIDUAL is about a day in August 11, 1992, where a research facility made a monster named Subject 13, which killed everyone. Subject 13 is a spider-like creature that could eat a basketball hoop whole at minimum, and Subject 13's so called "offspring", which the employees called Hallows. Today, you wake up to be in that facility (which you worked in), and your mission is to escape without being, killed.

As always, please actually post something that would give your target audience some context on what this is about.

Game design document, or an elevator pitch, or concept art, or anything that tells them what the project aims for. Prove that this idea is worth something.
Your current team members: what are their skills and experiences and tasks? What makes you fit to be a project leader? After all, if the leader can't lead well, the group effort fails.
What progress exists already?
How much effort do you estimate will this project take, and what are the financial prospects?
What tasks exactly do you want the recruited team members to fulfill?
What skills and experience level are you looking for?

Where do I sign?

I'm messing with you, of course. I'd follow the advice of RmbRt above, and give some more details on the project. At the very least, some details on the project, some stuff to get people excited about it, would go a long way. Otherwise, this thread is going nowhere.
