Looking for new players to test Sunderborn, a logic puzzle game.

As a thank-you, we may send a Steam key to the first 10 especially active testers who provide detailed feedback and, if possible, a screen recording. Completing the form alone does not guarantee a key.

We want to understand how the first 15–20 minutes feel: what is clear, what is confusing, and whether you want to keep playing. Puzzle experience is not required — honest first impressions matter most.

Steam demo (free): https://store.steampowered.com/app/4100300/Sunderborn/?utm_source=gamedev_net&utm_medium=community_post&utm_campaign=old_demo_playtest_sep2026

If you would like to help:

  1. Play for about 15–20 minutes.

  2. Fill in this short form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe2EqjAOm43yjuH7RyykO5tAGGgLyPtSEM8sp3J6eggvVzFkg/viewform

A screen recording is optional but very helpful — you can paste the link in the form. Written answers alone are welcome too.

Please only take part if you have not played Sunderborn before. We will test an updated build later with a different group of new players.

Thanks, CrimmedGaming! We'd really appreciate you giving Sunderborn a try. After 15–20 minutes, the most helpful things to hear are where you felt unsure, what you tried, and whether you wanted to keep playing. Written answers in the form are absolutely enough; a screen recording is optional. Looking forward to your honest first impressions!

Thanks for taking the time to play Sunderborn and submit the form, CrimmedGaming! Your firsthand feedback is very helpful as we review the opening experience. We appreciate it.

@stephen4 Thanks for the encouragement! If you haven't tried Sunderborn yet and have 15–20 minutes, we'd really value a fresh perspective on the free demo too. We're especially curious whether the opening puzzle rules feel clear and where, if anywhere, you get stuck. The playable link and short feedback form are in the original post. Written impressions are plenty; no recording needed. No pressure, of course!
