EA closes FY26 with "record" performance thanks to Battlefield 6 and Apex Legends
EA’s preliminary FY26 results point to a strong quarter and a mixed full year. Q4 net revenue hit $2.1 billion, net income rose 81.5% to $461 million, and net bookings reached $1.86 billion. For the full year ending March 31, 2026, revenue was $7.53 billion, net bookings were $8.03 billion, and net income fell 20.9% to $887 million.
The main drivers were Battlefield 6, which EA called the best-performing Battlefield in a fiscal year, and live services growth across Apex Legends and Global Football. Apex had its strongest bookings quarter of the year in Q4, while EA Sports FC 26, FC Online, and FC Mobile all contributed to mid-single-digit growth in football bookings. EA also noted its debt process and ongoing regulator engagement as it works toward the $55 billion acquisition, expected to close in Q1 FY2027.
