Your solar system has an origin (at what the sin lives but the sun isnt the origin for getting it to work) so imagine the translation order as follows:

You stay at the center of a meadow with a rope and a ball on its end. Lets assume you grab the rope in both hands and "play" rotation matrix so you rotate the rope by <any planets speed here> and then you will grab the ball and pull it out for its position in the room.

Now do that the other way round. You first grab the ball and threw it to its desired position and then begin to rotate the rope arround your center axis. The result will be different in both cases and thats what will help you fixing your problem
