1312 Interactive raises $1m in seed funding round

Briefing

GamesIndustry.biz reports that 1312 Interactive has closed a $1 million seed round to scale up its publishing operation. The round was led by T-Accelerate Capital and ChimeraVC, with backing from Ventana Ventures, Rahul Reddy G., Rohan Murukutla, and Dasari Srinivas.

For developers, the practical angle is the publisher’s stated focus on hands-on support: production guidance, marketing, QA, localisation, and distribution. That kind of infrastructure can matter as much as cash, especially for smaller teams trying to ship on PC and console without building every publishing function in-house.

1312 Interactive says the funding will also help it expand into emerging markets and support a new community-led initiative called 1312 Playground. The program is meant to give studios access to playtesting, feedback, and audience insights before launch, which could be useful for tuning scope, messaging, and retention beats earlier in development.

Founded in 2024 by Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena, 1312 Interactive positions itself as India’s first dedicated PC and console game publishing house. The company publicly launched in February 2025 after a pre-seed round, and it has already published Winds of Arcana: Ruination and Palm Sugar: A Village Story, with Souls of Bombarika, We Are So Cooked, and Spaceman Biff on the slate.

“The funds will support 1312 Interactive's publishing infrastructure.”
